International Sales

SF International market and sell feature films and TV productions in different formats, genres and target groups to all media, both physical and digital, outside the Nordic Countries.

SF International have a strong long-standing presence at major international film and TV markets and festivals such as European Film Market, Cannes Film Festival, Toronto Int’l Film Festival, MipCOM, American Film, New Nordic Films & Nordic Film Market. In addition to this we also do targeted sales trips worldwide.

As part of SF Studios, the Nordic major with operating offices in Sweden, Danmark, Norway and Finland and market leader for almost 100 year, SF International offer a global gateway to SF’s local content.  SF Studios promise magic in motion and SF International’s ambition is no less than sharing all that magic with the rest of the world. We offer the best of our motion pictures outside the boundaries of the Nordic countries and during our long lasting presence in the international market our commercial and spell-binding stories have attracted distributors and broadcasters, and ultimately film lovers and TV fans, worldwide.

Apart from in-house productions we also represent films and TV series by third party producers from Scandinavia sharing our passion for high quality and commercial content. Our focus is commercial films and series with marketable elements and clear target groups that work not only in their countries of origin but more importantly appeal to international viewers.

The incorporation of Tre Vänner, the producer of among others the successful feature film trilogy EASY MONEY and A MAN CALLED OVE, into SF Studios marks a new era in the long history of SF: the focus on building a creative and commercial European power house with an extensive Nordic heritage.
